guyz

just finished courtr for that extreme speed of 187km in a 80

only got 3 years from the court ;)

BUT

I'm now a habbitual offender

I get 5 years on top of the 3, when the 3 is finished

IS it true you can 'quash' it after the 3 years if you take it to court? What are the chances ??

THANKS FELLAS

Probably better off asking/paying for some legal advice.. You will most likely get uncertain answers here.. Because lawyers, solicitors, barristers etc don't like to give out free advice too often.. Especially seeing as you posted on quite a few forums the same questions..

Bl@@dy hell, no half measure then..!!

My advice... sell the car, you wont be tempted, and in 3 yrs you will probably see a bargain for when you eventually get licence back.

Sorry to hear it, but probably saving your life is a good way of viewing it..!

Ya did the crime, now do the time..!!

I'm gonna say what everyone else is thinking:

You're the kind of person we prefer not to have associated with our car club.

Seriously, if you really want to get your charge reduced (and I really hope you change your driving habits when you get your license back), then speak to a solicitor.

Get off the roads please.

Thank you.

as for the Magistrate ;):ninja::worship: :worship: :worship: Your car should be crushed, while you watch - California-repeat-offender- style. I'd enjoy watching that on YouTube.

It doesn't sound like it's sunk in yet mate. Start catching those buses and revisit the idea in a couple of years. You will feel differently then. Don't be an idiot and drive anyway cos you will get locked up next time. There are plenty of people out there who choose not to drive ever, just think of yourself as one of those. Get a bike, get fit. Get a new life cos your old one wasn't doing you much good by the sound of it.

If this is not a Thank God it's Friday thread you my friend, are a f**knut and don't deserve to be on the road... hell you should get your nuts crushed as well... before you kill someone other than yourself.

look, at least do us ALL a favour, post up your location and the make, model and color of your car so that I and many others can avoid the area like a plague. Should we really need to visit the area, we'd all konw when to pull over when we see your car in our rear view mirrors. Mark my words, this WILL come up again in 6 months time.

    • Seems like a decent result for a modded JZX110. They are bulky in comparison to the 100 and 90 models (which I'd prefer myself) but they are getting very few and far between here in JP these days. Thanks for the detailed review and the import process into the UK. I also have a car which I'm hoping to export from Japan at some stage so it's good to know if someone from the UK was interested in it. By the way the corrosion underneath is par for the course for cars which were located in/near the mountains or along the Japan sea coastline. They get huge amounts of snow every winter and the sodium chloride is used on the roads. Many cars have some kind of rubber like treatment underneath but they tend to limit it to the wheel arches underbody and fuel tank. Suspension arms and sub-frames will have similar corrosion to your JZX110 which is a common sight. See it all the time and car dealers here generally don't even mention it unless asked.
    • If the sound goes away when you clutch in, the 1.5/2 way diffs are just shit, and you are a normal person. The diff is likely "fine" but driving at anything under 30kmh is a violent horrible experience. It would be exaggerated with solid diff bushings and subframe bushings if you have those.
