also check ur intercooler hoses, i once had a cracked (not visible) cooler hose, the ones going into the end tanks that stopped my car from holding boost coz it wud split slightly on high boost. other then that u said u have changed plenum seals etc... i dunno maybe turbo or actuator

yeh but wat did they check wen they say "boost leak check"?? i mean its easy to miss something... doesit sound like it has an exhaust leak? maybe turbo gasket (between exhaust manifold and turbo)?

hmm i dunno, i guess u need to try rule out a few things, may be a leaking BOV issue, i mean u are still running the stock BOV yeh? try borrowing one see if that helps

this was with the leakin plenum gasket.

previously i made 241 on the same boost a week ago. but yea couldnt hold 16 psi this time either

Some tuners do not know how to fit a boost controller in...trust me.

You will need to re-set your boost controller.

This is what happened to my AVCR...after a few weeks I lost power and boost.

Anyway...you may need to take it to another tuner for more in-sight into whats going wrong.

Hope I have been of some help.

the boost controller has been in for a while.... we'll see how it goes next week, hopefully they can sort it out

Question: What if you squash the Unit, without blocking the hole.?

As I need to make it so It does not release air back thru to the plumb back pipe, say when ur driving at -10 psi. or backing off the throttle from -0 pressure gentley .. this condeluded pipe is pissin me off! I can hear any volume of air, passing thru the Pllumb back pipe, + pressure or - pressure.

    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
    • I do have loctite 243 and 246 and a few more models. I could drill it now in place and make new threads for m12 and order an4 - m12 coupling and fit that to the turbo. Run a braided hose to the EBC which I could get a an4 to 1/8npt
