For anyone out there who has never been to court... it's a horrible experience.

Went to court today, fought a fine and was happy with the outcome.

Was in there for 4 hours! And giving evidence in the witness box for 20 minutes!

Been there before, problem for me though was that the affidavit didn't exactly match what actually happened. So I had to change my plea to guilty as I never stood a chance with the contents of the affidavit!

I was pretty f**kin' pissed off!

Yeah I had one of those affidavit's. They read it, but then I was questioned over it in the witness box and had to recall all the events!

I even had a school excursion in the court room lol.

What was crazy, was when they a dude who had to come out of the cells downstairs to come to the court room. He walked in through a special door with 2 cops next to him, handcuffed and in prison clothes. He was just standing there, smiling at everyone with a crazy smile on his face! He was up for murder or some serious charge!

When he was escorted out, he shouted "Hope you have a nice day, Mr. Magistrate!"

Unfortunately for me, I didn't get a chance to read it until it was all over. I wouldn't have even bothered going to court in the first place had I read it first.....

Academy Award winner is all I'm going to say!

lol, like a home away from home for me unfortunately, but you're right, something about court rooms that you never get to like.

huh, obviously not your affidavit so why didn't you argue it if you didn't agree with it.....unless it was accurate and you were telling little porkies, yeah :P .

You're allowed to take written material with you on the stand and refer to it regularly by stating you don't recall a case of events.

Anyone who doesn't keep accurate records along the way in written form is wasting their time in court, they'll tear you apart in 60 seconds if they know you don't recall exactly what took place......all 'T's must be crossed and all 'I's must be dotted otherwise don't bother taking time off work to go and just pay up.

    • That looks good, but I think you're going to need much beefier side skirts now.
    • They are daft and there's a reason it never caught on. Steering feel? We don't need no stinking steering feel!
    • I gotta pull you up on this. It's driving me crazy. A shutter is something that closes, like over a window or in a cmera. The word you want is shudder. That LSD is clearly f**ked. Take it to a diff shop and get it disassembled and examined by an expert. YOu might have plates welded together or something equally crazy.
    • Define "starting to fail". Wy not just rebuild them?
    • Check the Nistune doco. There are a few assumptions being made here that might not be valid. I will list the things that occur to me: Base map. Base map for what? Base map for Z32? Then the cranking pulse width is probably wrong for an RB25. The extra 500cc of capacity might well be enough to prevent it from catching. Base map for RB25? I don't think you can load one of those into a Z32. You have to just make the settings correct for an RB25 in the Z32 base map. That is either K or the TIM to get the pulsewidth right. Loom. You bought a loom for an RB. And you plugged it into a Z32 ECU. Did you make sure that any iwre differences were swapped. From memory, there's at least a couple. And as per the others, I would suggest making sure that the fuel pressure is correct while cranking and that the injectors are actually flowing as expected. They really must come out and go on the bench, unless you do find that you have messed up as per above points. I would also suggest watching in Nistune to make sure that everything is reading correctly. That the correct binary flags are raised at the right time (like the crank signal), that there's no stupid values in K or TIM. That you have not got mismatched firmware for the ECU and/or a wrong image loaded.
