Yoda: Guess you guys are a *bit* behind in WA... they closed that loophole years ago here..

then again radar detectors over there are legal aren't they so if you manage to get caught you're really ****ing stoopid if you ask me!

argh... people. your number plate is on hinges at the back... just hook up a motor in the boot and when you go oast cameras... up it goes.

Bond stylez :D yup, would be great.. I'd rig it up but i don't want to hack up my 33.. all you'd need would be some fishing line and a hook or something :(

Anything that blocks ur no. plate from view is illegal and has been for ever.  U cant say that this sort of thing is new. Its a big fine if ur caught using something like this, more than a lifetime of speeding tickets. (I think up to $20k??)

Intresting,

you right RHETT, but your number plate isnt obstructed. It remains perfectly viewable during the day (and is really hard to spot if you use the spray). and there is no aussie law to say that your license plate has to be photogenic either.

I think that its not that much benifit for us anyway, as 3/4 of our speed cameras are now flashless anyways. In this case would only be good for redlights and oldschool cameras.

Just dont speed, simple.

My mate had this advert in a bike mag, that would flip your plate around and wash it by pressing a button. That would be handy, if your quick enough to hit the button that is.

thatd be sweet!

but i wouldnt do that until i put a line of red lights in the front grill and taught my car to speak :shake:

Man I heard about these things, should of f#4King got one early.

I just paid $125 bucks for doing 64 in a F45kIng 60 zone!!! Really sucks. Like if I was actually speeding more, it would of made me feel a bit better as I deserved it but f#%king 64!!! that's 1 k over the allowed limit!!!

Will the cop know if you sprayed your car?? Like they might not get you with the camera but might chase your ass down.

Hey guys some one in NSW is selling this photo block on ebay. I think they are the same one, check it out.

But I was thinking right, the spray are used to reflect or glare the number plate when a light is flashed on it. So does that mean at night the person behind you wouldn't be able to see the number plate either because of their headlights??

What happens if you just so unlucky that you get a f$%king cop behind you and sees that the plate is dodgy??

I got told it is like a $60 fine in Vic for tampering or having faulty number plates?!?!

Photo Block

Now whose gonna buy and try :D

i can't help but notice on the before and after shots, on the after shot, it has manually been blocked out, doesn't boost my confidence in the product too much

otherwise i might be an eager bidder

i would rather see real proof.

    • I have more than enough digging, laying blocks, moving gravel, airrating, feeding and top soiling the grass, and setting up the veggie gardens growing some seedlings,  and then removing all the unused rock to keep me busy for the next few months at least,  hopefully the rain stops soon so I can get a few hours in this arvo, but, before that Sunday is washing day, is every body happy, you bet your life we are Nice country road day drives are a day off whenever I'm muscle sore from all the landscaping at the moment, but, more epic multiple day drives will start once the majority of the big jobs outside are completed
    • I hear that would involve some nice country road drives into the hills for Mark...
    • I thought I'd come back and add something I JUST learned. A Toyota LandCruiser with a 1HZ, mates perfectly with a bottle of Nulon brake fluid. As in, it perfectly screws in. Great make shift funnel when you cut the bottom of it off. This may work for your Corolla.   Unfortunately, tipping a 10L drum is much harder than a 4 to 6L bottle, and they no longer include the easy pour tap which was just perfection to use previously.
    • Guys since i bought r33 gts25t coupe 1994 automatic a/t(manual swap 350z gearbox)  all i got is problems, always problems. Lets start with that when i turn key into ignition(ON) fuel pump doesnt always works. Sometimes i have to turn key twice Off/on/off/on until it primes. Its new, dw300 - 340lph. My gearbox broke so i did gearbox swap, install different intake manifold, injectors and i take pipes. Car was sitting in garage for more than half a year. I did assembly all not that long ago and when i turn ignition cant hear prime. All of sudden it stopped working. Theres many videos on YouTube how to make relay mod on r33 straight from battery so i did and it doesnt work! 😰 30 - battery positive  87 - positive from fuel pump to relay 85, 86 - one of two wires from original fuel pump wires(light blue, grey) and it didn’t work. so I check on ignition and took original BLUE relays wires from trunk, next to fuses. (I believe it’s IGN+ and ECU pin 18. it didn’t work…  tried connecting (IGN+ from og relay) and (ECU 104 from 1of4 FPCM wires) to my new relay 85/86 and it didn’t work.  I unplug FPCM. Didn’t work. im thinking what’s wrong   fuel pump is working, if I leave IGN+ on 85 and 86 straight to ground it works but it’s just nonstop. Since it getting constant 12v after key in ON. light blue wire gives me 6-8v.  so how this should be connected? What causing ECU not giving — on pin? Or I did sth wrong and that’s why it doesn’t work? I need negative signal on ECU that control fuel pump. What this should be?
