How about you come train with me and people who saw me at that size before you call BS

This is what I'm talking about. Bro tip for you, drop the attitude.

We're all pretty friendly in here, despite differing goals and abilities.

No attitude there, its kida hard to portray tone and attitude in writing

And im inviting anyone who thinks im full of it as nicely and friendly as possible to come meet me and train with me :).

it reminds me of high school when the first grade league players would say "run at me"

what will training with you prove? wont prove that back in the day you were or weren't 110kg @ 3% bf

it would be the same as me saying back in the day I was nearly a professional mixed martial artist. Prove me wrong

Well if back in the day you were an mma fighter i would assume you could still hand out some real punishment in a fight or at least do well when sparring with someone, then if I met the people who knew you and trained with you and would tell me about you Im sure that would back your claim up quite well.

Pretty sure Marko's trains some of the worlds top powerlifters so he has some idea what his talking about :P

Not saying that your full of shit though

Get them pics and post em up

Show us how joocy and big you were. nohomo

As I often say, it's not about what you are saying, it's about the way you are saying it.

Granted text communication lacks body language and intonation and that's why word choice is so important, especially when coming into a thread full of guys who don't know you from a bar of soap.

I know one of my old training partners has some pics, ill see if I can grab them, if not im well on my way to getting to that size again. currently at 120kg but with more body fat obviously.

Lol is that a selfie your've taken on your car window reflection?

Speaking of diets whats people opinion of IIFYM (eat whatever you want as long as it fits your Protein/Carb/Fat)

I'm currently on a strict diet but reading about other guys on forums who eat a fair bit of junk food and are ripped ~6% bodyfat etc...

No one is eating junk food on a daily basis and measuring 6% body fat

Markos is right. Not many normal people will be eating crap on a daily basis to be 6%.

The staple foods, things that grow in the ground and things that eat those things, are always going to be the best for OPTIMISATION!

IIFYM is simply a broad term for macronutrient counting. You have to count fibre in there too, so generally whole foods are the best option!! What it does do, the calculator, is it alerts people that they probably arent eating enough of the essentials and hey, if you want to have a treat or go out for dinner and eat everything with all the trimmings, do so. After all, why diet if you can't enjoy living in the body you're in?

this link is an interesting read. Its based off a survey of the type of body that women find attractive, without showing the persons face.

Those kinds of research articles always produce different results as they only study a few thousand women, the biggest one was done by the BBC or something a few years back with hundreds of thousands of women in Britan over 3 months and the results showed that when they were ovulating they all prefered the big guys with large jaw lines and when they were not they liked the thinner more feminine looking guys.

And at the end of the day money rules all, all the fat ugly rich guys get the hot ones, btw ive never seen an IFBB bodybuilder with an ugly fat chick, has anyone?

Girls may vote for 'x' body type

But deep down I'm sure they want to bang that big ripped guy

So fucking sick of the importance of looks.

Unfortunatley they play a big role in our sexuality, looks wheather or not you like it are very important, personality seals the deal after the looks begin the process.

    • Pressure when IDLING, is meant to be 51PSi... So that amperage value needs to go up a fair chunk... I'd personally be factoring for more like 12amp at least on those runs, and at that point you need to hope the already there wiring doesn't drop you a volt or two, as that's a lot of fuel pressure flow drop off from 13.5 to 12V! Taking idle pressure of 51psi, means the pump will be drawing a MINIMUM of 9amps all the time based on your reading of the graph (3bar base, then allowing an extra 0.5bar for boost = roughly 51psi)
    • Hi all,  I am in the market for an R200 longnose diff out of a Z31 300ZX, or S12 RSX, DR30 skyline, or similar, in a 3.9 ratio.  Preferably a late model one with the M12 crownwheel bolts.  The only easy to find advert for one of these was my ad back in 2007 when I sold it on this forum.  I sold the diff as I had sold the car it goes to, but as it turns out, after 18 years I got the car back late last year, so now I'm looking for the diff !  If anyone knows where to find a longnose R200 LSD with the M12 crownwheel bolts, drop me a line at [email protected] - Bonus paid if soomeone comes up with the original diff (stranger things have happened !).  Cheers   Ben D
    • Hi everyone, I used to post here a bit from 2004-2013, when I owned various Nissans, in particular my S12 RSX gazelle, which was sold in 2007.  As luck would have it, after an 18 year hiatus, the car found its way back to me last year, and over the past 11 months I have had the pleasure of restoring it with my kids.  One thing that I am after in particular is a 3.9 ratio R200 LSD for it.  I actually sold the one out of the car here back in 2007 , and it would be incredible if I could track down who I sold it to, so I can see how they have progressed over the years (and to be honest, to see whether I can get the diff back !).  Anyways, hi all and let me know "where are the R200 Longnose diffs all at these days ?  Cheers Ben D
    • Arms will be the same as the G35 or 350Z, but as above, there was a change in the lower control arm where it connects to the ball joint.  That said, you can remove the ball joint cone from your old ball joints and fit them to the new ball joints.  To be honest, I didn't think the ball joints themselves were different. The main ball joint is a bit awkward to replace, you really need to remove the steering knuckle to press out the old one.  Some people have used tools to remove it in place, but it just seemed too hard to get to. If you are going to press out/in that ball joint, then you may as well just replace the bushings in the LCA and the compression rod.  You can buy the compression rod bushing from Nissan, but the LCA bushes, you will need to go aftermarket. Much cheaper than buying the whole arm.
    • Ha, well, it's been.... a bit of a journey. Things have taken much longer than I'd hoped. I'll probably put up a thread at some stage. Hopefully soon. The car's not done any kms since my update in June though, put it that way.
