This is purely a time based thing, time under the bar If you are doing big compound exercises, and gradually adding weight, it will come. You are not looking at competing in powerlifting or anything else, so dont push it if your not comfortable, only add weight when you think you can With cardio, if you enjoy, why stop? It hasnt done any damage to your physique, it will slow your progress on strength gains, just be honest and work out whats more important. When you spend 8 months patiently trying to help someone who came to you for help...when they constantly ask for your advice but don't follow through on it how you want them to...then complain that it isn't working for them (despite numbers to the contrary), swearing black and blue that they did exactly what you said...and instead of a simple thanks, you get a heap of blame for the dissonance that person feels...it's hard to keep giving a shit.
