ring bridgestone as paul said, i was asking about 225/40R17 adrenalin potenza re001's the other day, and rockingham store had them in stock.

they quoted me $300/tyre for that size

RE01-R and RE001 are 2 different tyres.

i'm tring to find someone who can bring or does bring in the RE01-R, or if anyone know of any special on atm for the RE001,

(calling Bridgestone won't help for the RE01-R as i have talk to a bridgestone dealer and they have called around for me and found out that bridgestone does not supply the RE01-R as part of their an official product line in australia)

As i wont pay $300 for the RE001, when i can get import the RE01-R for similar price and they are a better tyre

yes i do realised they are 2 different tyres, however in your title it says "Re01-r Supplier ?, or Adrenalin Potenza RE001 ?" so i was simply telling you a supplier for the Adrenalin Potenza RE001 like you asked.

if you were after the RE01R instead, why did you ask about the other one?

im interested, so what place stocks them?

u had them on at drift prac the other night right? they value for money?

end up going with the RE001 as i got them for $270 each inc fitting (235/45/17). If i had the extra cash i would have for the RE01-R

BTC stock the RE01-R

    • Perhaps the answer is... more jacks!* *proper jacks must be used.
    • I NEVER think about using a scissor jack unless there is absolutely no other alternative. f**king things are dangerous, annoying and stupid.
    • Yeah I've had too many issues with knock off's on the BMW's. I don't want to do a job twice or more because the parts are shit.
    • I read this and thought "ah! I will do this scissor jack on the tow point thing!" I just use my floor/low profile/costco jack and lift the car up by the tow hook itself, then slide jack stands under. Never thought about using scissor into floor jack combo :p
    • Well, my new WMI system took much longer to finalize. I actually missed my dyno appointment last Friday and lost my 150$ deposit. I'll be going back in the next week or two.  To sum it up. I only kept the AEM tank from my old setup. I replaced the AEM pump with a higher flow/pressure ProMeth 30GPH pump. I also swapped over to a 6AN low pressure feed line to the pump from the tank. There's also a pressure switch you cannot see on the pump high pressure line.    This is feeding 6x 200CC direct port nozzles and 1x 500CC Pre Throttle body nozzle. All fittings are Swagelok, because well why not. I also have a 300PSI pressure sensor up front.    I now have my Haltech ECU controlling everything. I start my pump with a basic relay at 5PSI and deadhead it. I then PWM a 3000CC methanol Injector to control flow starting around 10psi. The pressure switch in the trunk, along with my tank level are safeties before I ever get to 10PSI, and then I use my pressure sensor upfront as a secondary safety to cut the WMI and corrections in case the injector blocks or a line ruptures.  Wish me luck on the dyno!
