looks good!

what were your thoughts with the angle in the top left of the first pic, and why did you hit it with a sander?

whats the plan for it once its done? painted or you going to polish it out?

I'll paint it, probably black.

The angle sort of carried over from the std bottle, probably wouldn't put it there if i started over.

Sanded it cause the alloy i used was i really bad shape had quite a bit of corrosion on it.

I guess the paint'll stick :)

here's one i started last week i''m not sure weather i'm going to paint it or polish it,though i think i will paint it as it will get dirty alot being near the grill (it's directly were the original one went

where'd u get the cap from eh?

thanks mate i used the original cap from the plastic bottel,but got a rubber sealant cap from

(red devil radiators) here on the gold coast and just used a bit of silicon to stick then together

the rubber sealant cap, it comes with the radiators when they get them in (to cover the fittings or the filler neck,they had a bucket full of them,i just grabed one that fit

so try a radiator shop they should have a few different sizes just lying around
