any powdercoating place should be able to help you out, or any panel shop if you want it painted the same colour as your car? although I'd say powdercoating is your best option. Its both durable an heat proof.

If you have a billet or forged alloy type custom manifold you could always have it anodised too. (cant anodise the factory cast manifolds, it'll flake off)

or look up HPC coating services, they ceramic coat exhaust manifolds an turbine housings etc if you want to go for a fairly hardcore type coating
