Hey guys

I just needed to know if these tyres i want to buy will fit. The fronts are 18x8.5 or 9 and the rears are 18x10. The tyres on the front are 235's and the tyres on the rear are 265/35.

Will these fit my r33?? I have stock suspension but plan on improving it in the future.

Thanks

You shouldn't have a problem with that size, my 33 gtst is pretty low and i've got 265/30/19's on the rear and 235/35/19's on the front and they are sweet as, although i have G4 coil overs and very little suspension movement.

A friend of mine on his 33 gtst used to run 275/35/18's on the back and 255/35/18's upfront with just lowered springs and he didnt have any drama's either so u should be fine

Hi there,

Not too sure about your wheel sizes and offsets - I've got 275's rear and 255's front, 18x8's front and 18x9's rear. It never scrubbed but if I changed the camber they most likely would.

Cheers

I have 19x10.5 on the rear with 265.Offset is 42.Dont have scrubbing issue.I wouldnt want to lower it as the tyre sits about 10mm away from the coilover.

Running 265/30/19 rear and 235/35/19 front without any scrubbing, although next time it gets new tyres itll be 235/30/19 in front, 'cause of the fact the the plastic innerfenders did scrub a tiny, little bit. Doesnt actually matter anymore since they flew off during a highspeed test, intresting experience btw..

Running on Nismo Type-S coilovers adjustable in strength but not height, you can see how low it sits in the pic from the gallery ;-):

    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
    • That's one of the reasons I got that breed, they look weird, the other reasons are they small, they are very vocal, and run around like they are on crack, I didn't want a breed that just sits around, these two are like kids on red cordial  My daughter has one, and it's a laugh riot, constantly doing Parkour around the house, sits on her shoulder, plays catch, and constantly runs around the house taking turns chasing the dog around, her Bermese though, just lays around with constant bitch face, and just looks on in utter disgust at the cat and dog playing together
