Every Part Needed For Manual Conversion

i have a tiptronic/auto r34 gt-t that i would like to convert to manual sometime in the future

i'm in no hurry and i'm going to slowly start collecting all the parts needed to make it happen, starting first with the smallest/cheapest parts and leaving the manual gearbox last on the list.

what i'm asking is for someone to list down for me every single part that i will be needing.

i dont wanna be reading things like "just sell the car and buy a manual" etc
