Orc 709d Rattle

Ive got a ew ORC 709d in my 32 gtr and it makes a fair bit of noise when the clutch pedal is pushed in, is this normal?

Also seems tomake noise when taking tight corners at slow speed....

I believe that it meant to make a bit of a racket with pedal in, can't see how going around a corner with pedal out could possibly be a clutch issue though. Maybe something undercar was left a bit loose or shifted a bit closer to something else and as the car goes around the corner, it now moves against another bit and makes a noise?

What is the clutch like to drive compare to the original?

a rattle noise when the clutch pedal is pushed in is normal mate. it's just the plates rattling in the housing. I have the same clutch in my silvia. it's a great clutch.

its cause ORC are man clutches... they grunt a bit

Haha, thought so. The clutch is overall awesome, bites very hard but can still be slipped a bit. Was stuck in peak hr on the freeway a few times now and no problems at all crawling slowly...

I’ve got a nismo big operating cylinder and nismo braided clutch hose to, the pedal is very light.

Which bearing carrier part number did you end up using? the same as the one I had marked?

Not shure actualy, the wrokshop did that part of the build.... I just handed them everything that you gave me... When you get yours in tell me how it feels/sounds...

Mine took a little bit of geting use to as it does bite quick/hard but after a while you can drive it normaly without realy thinking about it much
