a while back i got a set of KYB gear climb shocks and springs for my car. i've been happy with the feel and stiffness, but now i want to lower the car slightly.

i heard that changing the suited springs for a shock can cause problems so i'm not too sure.

so what are my options here?

can i bring the springs to a local spring manufacturer and get them to copy the springs but make it so it's slightly lower?

can i buy a shelf set of springs and just put them in without causing problems? if so, what's a good and fair priced set?

i'm not interested in buying fully adjustables or chopping the springs thanks.

cheers
