oh, not you again

got sick of NS did we?

havent learnt that no matter how much you have an internet whinge and cry about our laws, that the dumb politicians are generally old farts and wont do anything to change the rules to go easy on us?

*rolls eyes*

flame me if i seem a bit harsh, but this should show most of the opinion here

(noting this is also on page 3 LOL)

Let him have his cry Matty :D

SLED: I'm not sure whats happened in the past but based on your subtle brand of hostility I won't respond to your posts. I'd simply hoped you'd appreciate some unbiased opinion from the other side of the fence for a change

Fake.

Remember, Mods are Gods..

Even though Dan was laike, "Dude, that guy is so not a cop mang"

I was laike laike " Dude, he totally was mang."

I think you need to find a new crystalball supplier Dan - that ones broke.

in the extremely unlikely chance a cop would post on sau im sure he would not put his name as the last big cop comedy film to make a serious post.

i mean if it was 5 years ago would he have gone for "police academy" instead come on, ive got plenty of time on the way for these discussions as xmas is coming closer and i need to prepare for the traditional bitching of a certain cunstable i am forced to eat lunch with  look forward to it

no ruby, its just a waste of space. and the problem with letting threads like this go is that they grow in size (and in bullshit) because the person who starts the thread gets on their rags about everyone who tries to come in and make a reasonable statement (admittedly condensed, but such as "this wont work here, trust us"). He tried to get this up and going on NS, and it failed miserably, so why not come in and target a forum that doesnt seem to flame people like NS does....................i mean the idea is there, but the reality is that it wont work approaching it from this format.

if it was a cop, he would at least have made it to our benefit that he was here (a-la the mallala cop on the 31 club....he made it known his badge number, and who he was, and that he was only there to be a benefit to us, not because he wanted to be there.........if he didnt want to be there on the forums he didnt have to be)

OK so now i know if i try and get my friends in the gov to help i have no support to back me up GREAT. now i know why it will never work!

My friends in Gov said what they need first is a majority to put there hand up/sign a partition(which my lawyer friend has been helping me with) and say yes thats what we want changed, not just me on my own.

I really thought i would of have a big number of people help and make ideas and work together to make this happen.

would be good to see a change but im sorry to say i dont think anyone can believe it will happen if you make a petition happy to sign but i just can't see it getting further, many have tried in the past.

i mean look at it from there eye's lets say your in a position to make such a change some sort of politician you would have 1 hell of a good job and be getting paid like a mofo. implementing a change allowing people to modify there cars in potential dangerous ways(to the public eye perception more important than reality in all walks of life people) would be seen as a crazy move that would get you in the papers saying where is this guys head at. say 1 accident happens from 1 of these modified cars allowed to be on the street because you let it. front page news would be plastered with your picture saying how could you let this happen and calls for your sacking n such ruining your career and you be selling hotdogs at wendys with questions of hey i know you from somewhere. self interest theory vs public interest theory 1001

sorry very dramatic but hopefully theres a point in that mess.

What makes me angry is you can have a sat nav on your dash, but not a tacho.

f**k.

Makes me sooooo angry.

Thinking about cutting out a picture of a sat nav system to stick over the tacho when cops are around.

Lunacy. if you are legit. more action less dribble.

wheres this petition ?> wheres some writing ?

I dont see much.

Ill sign it, shit, itll take 3 secs of my life. I dont mind.

This thread still open, shit your doing better them most people! I agree with dan completely, i kinda got what u were trying to get across haha. Take a look at what happened with that track that everyone signed a petitron for and went to down to show support for, anyone heard anything more about that? I certainly havnt! Signing a petition will do jack, but hey, if u make one up, i will sign it, just for kicks.

    • I thought I'd come back and add something I JUST learned. A Toyota LandCruiser with a 1HZ, mates perfectly with a bottle of Nulon brake fluid. As in, it perfectly screws in. Great make shift funnel when you cut the bottom of it off. This may work for your Corolla.   Unfortunately, tipping a 10L drum is much harder than a 4 to 6L bottle, and they no longer include the easy pour tap which was just perfection to use previously.
    • Guys since i bought r33 gts25t coupe 1994 automatic a/t(manual swap 350z gearbox)  all i got is problems, always problems. Lets start with that when i turn key into ignition(ON) fuel pump doesnt always works. Sometimes i have to turn key twice Off/on/off/on until it primes. Its new, dw300 - 340lph. My gearbox broke so i did gearbox swap, install different intake manifold, injectors and i take pipes. Car was sitting in garage for more than half a year. I did assembly all not that long ago and when i turn ignition cant hear prime. All of sudden it stopped working. Theres many videos on YouTube how to make relay mod on r33 straight from battery so i did and it doesnt work! 😰 30 - battery positive  87 - positive from fuel pump to relay 85, 86 - one of two wires from original fuel pump wires(light blue, grey) and it didn’t work. so I check on ignition and took original BLUE relays wires from trunk, next to fuses. (I believe it’s IGN+ and ECU pin 18. it didn’t work…  tried connecting (IGN+ from og relay) and (ECU 104 from 1of4 FPCM wires) to my new relay 85/86 and it didn’t work.  I unplug FPCM. Didn’t work. im thinking what’s wrong   fuel pump is working, if I leave IGN+ on 85 and 86 straight to ground it works but it’s just nonstop. Since it getting constant 12v after key in ON. light blue wire gives me 6-8v.  so how this should be connected? What causing ECU not giving — on pin? Or I did sth wrong and that’s why it doesn’t work? I need negative signal on ECU that control fuel pump. What this should be?
    • You can use your VIN to look up the factory part number somewhere like amayama, and then look to order new if necessary. https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/nissan Depending on price you might want to rebuild instead. @GTSBoy I had an interesting insight into US market parts when the Titan rear calipers were sticking. New calipers were dirt cheap, about 20% more than a rebuild kit....they are just considered throw away maintenance items
    • Funny, but really not funny. Thank god (most) f the world has moved on since then
    • Lots of votes for driving onto a plank first; that is the quickest way I've found, 25mm is enough for my case but that will vary by car It also depends where you are going for. On the 32 I can get to the rear diff with my floor jack if I do that end first, and get it up on stands. Then I lift the front from either front tow hook as high as needed, also onto stands. Sometimes I need a small lift on the other tow hook to get it level enough If I do the front first I can't get to the rear diff because of the angle of the car Other options are getting to the front mount of the rear subframe from in front of the wheel (if only lifting one side, or just do both which is a bit of a pain compared to one lift from the diff), or also the gearbox cross member mount on the driver's side if you are  just trying to lift the driver's side. I This is the jack I use; it says 75mm clearance but of course that is only on the lower section so if you have to reach too far in like the diff you still get stuck. https://www.snapon-bluepoint.com.sg/category/Floor-Jacks/product/Floor-Jack,-2-Ton-Low-Profile
