Some photos of a car being stored for free in Japan by a BROKER all it shows is the reason for the shortage of bricks.

Looks like somebody has made off with some nice deep dishes or or something there. Hell if I was a Jap teenager I'd be jumping the fence and making off with a nice set of free rims for my rice racer as well..

.. also looks like they've just picked it up via a fork lift (body kit be damned) and dumped it back on the ground...there to sit for another xx months

Yes folks, that car is on the wharf in Kobe. You can see my Pajero`s tail-light in the second picture on the bottom-left.

apparently, this is the *before* shot of that car.. i wouldn't be too happy if I was that buyer.. never know, the wheels could just be in storage somewhere, but i suspect otherwise.

oh also, now with the new rules, that car will be sitting there for another 6months on blocks.. surely if its at the docks in open air it will rust that car, + all the others!

It is definatley worth paying extra in todays circumstances and knowing your car is safe in storage facilities under cover.

well to settle these "rumours"

that is my car..... i bought it 2 months ago the rims HAVE been replaced (they are very expensive rims) and the body kit will be repaired when the car comes to perth, the insurance company has given me cash to fix it. the window has been replaced and the car has been moved.

It also has a car cover so there is little chance of it getting rusty

P.S yes it was a car off Geoff's mailing list. thankfully he has helped me out with this matter and really helped me out with all my problems to. its a real credit to his business and i wouldn't hesitate to go though him again for my next car.

1 last thing on the matter,

its NOT free storage it is in an area where it is insured.

so it can happen anywhere.

but hey its all good now so meh

When I saw it, I thought that someone had bought an incomplete car, to reduce the import tax or something...

Awwww if I hadn't bought my car last year I would have bought that celsior. looks awesome.

Hope you get it back to what it was like.

Too bad it will be in perth and I wont have the chance of seeing it on the road.
