Intercooler Need's Upgrade? Help Plz?

last night i had a convo with my cousin he told me that if i make 350atw i need to change my stock 32 GTR cooler is this true? or can i handle more and is it better to change it because if i dont have to i wont.

yeah, the stock cooler is pretty good but most people upgrade when they break the 250kw barrier

why upgrade at 250kw? where did u get that info from?

look, it's not going to cause you any real problems at 350kw. but the chances are if you do upgrade it there will be some gains to be had with a better one at your power level. my advice, go straight for a direct fit ARC 70 or 100mm cooler. if you can afford it get the better M109 or M709 models over the M103 or M703 models. the 70mm one is good enough for your power and as a bonus allows plenty of flow through to the radiator, and is actually lighter than a standard cooler which is a big benefit considering how far forward in the car the weight is.
