from what i remember there is a full carbon body kit for alot cheaper than that in a HPI issue a few months back with a matt black gtr...ill find it and post what i find!

yer i checked that out, its a copy (still made by sunline) of the original carbon kit but not made in carbon lol, its about $5600 i think for the front and rear fenders plus side skirts, its a pretty sick kit ive been looking into it. Lol dont really have the money right now though, and im putting in a front mount, plus getting a detail. The wide body kit is still on my to do things list, its just gonna take a while lols.

hey guys if any1 is still after an R34GTT widebody i have a set of front and rear guards, a copy of the cross factory ones for sale pm for more details thanks

dude, where did you get them from if you dont mind my asking?

That $2000 to fit; is that just fitting the wide fenders or also the side skirts front bar, rear bar and bonnet too? Also roughly how much do you think it would be to spray all that after, or is that price including spray too?

2000 will be fitting the rear guards, and front guards and front side and rear bar unpainted.. and with a job like that your better of painting your whole car again, which cost about 3.5k so all up about 5-6k for a wide body project.

hey guys if anyone knows where to find this kit

PLEASE TELL ME WHERE???????????????

This is the BEST kit i have ever seen!!

i prefer the rear and the front fenders

this is a GTT

ps: do a search on youtube "realcars skyline" its crazy.

enjoy :D

bahaha, i was just watchin that video of that particular 34 a few days ago, its a pretty nice car,

i can tell you right off the bat that it has a z-tune front bar (gtr front/bonnet) and do-luck front quarter panels,

i think, and im not 100% on this, that the side skirts are veilside, or a modified version of the veilside skirts to allow for the wide rear quarters

i already did. They need to have a look at them first. I want to get a rough idea of whats involved/cost b4 i get a set.

hey, with the rear fenders u have to get them moulded in and repray the rear end, cost around 1k to do all that

    • I can get more photos of it here soon and I plan to make a thread detailing the process. I received the car this way and it sorely needs refinishing. That is probably the most appealing photo of it. Up close it is fading, cracked, and needs to be re-glued. Depending on their condition I'm on the fence between refinishing or making a new set.  Another angle hiding the pimples and razor pumps
    • According to this thread the RS4V with build plate RC40 comes with the R200 diff @ 4.083 ratio as well (mine has said RC40 denotation). We may need to check if the axle stubs are the same pattern as well. The auto subframes have longer axles. However I think yours being a later Series 2 as well, we should have the same bolt pattern for the diff stubs. Unless your upgraded rear also has upgraded axles. Either way, I would not be opposed to pulling the covers to check so I can inspect that  fancy rear core  Also I don't have HICAS. I don't believe that should change things but I hope the people here with heaps more experience than me can correct me if I'm wrong   Let me know if you want to attempt to make this work and I can get some pictures of mine from under the car.
    • It's not that straightforward. For example I have had this code because my ignitor/power transistor wires were unplugged. It knows something is wrong but has no idea what it means. If you want to actually diagnose this I recommend following the service manual flowchart for code 21. Ohm out the harness, coilpacks, inspect the ECU, etc. And again, it's entirely possible for there to be no problem at all but if you're running a different coilpack it'll trigger the code because it doesn't like what it sees.
    • If it (the code) wasn't still current, it should have gone away by itself by now. No, nothing it 10/10. But it is quite likely. Everything else to do with the ignition could still be responsible (which is wires and connectors). The car is an old piece of shit now, so all the wires and connectors are also old pieces of shit.
    • Lock me in mate, although I'm not sure if I'll be heading up from Goulburn or down from Sydney, either way, return will be back to Goulburn
