Find what ever is bent and change it. Then get a wheel alignment.

+1, especially on the wheel alignment.

I went from this

To this

These are the parts I needed to fix it.

Lower control arm (I got one off a S14, it is exactly the same for a R33, S14 has an extra hole for a sway bar)

Tie rod end (brand new one from Nissan Parramatta)

Castor rod (rod wasn't actually bent, circular bit was a little stretched)

Something else you could have bent was the castor rod bracket (what connects the castor rod to the chassis). I was lucky enough not to bed this

i have already changed, upper and lower control arms and castor rod but not the tie rod ens coz that is not bent. the only thing i can think of is the bush in the second hand castor or wheel allignment.

wat do they do at wheel allignment?

Stolent from wiki

"A wheel alignment is part of standard automobile maintenance that consists of adjusting the angles of the wheels so that they are set to the car maker's specification. The purpose of these adjustments is maximum tire life and vehicle-travel that is straight and true when driving along a straight and level road, although most machines and the technicians who use them set the alignment to adjust for crowned roads, as well as correct tracking when driving on turns."

Basically it means they adjust your suspension to reduce tyre wear and improve handling. It's ideal to have one over now and then as driving your car, little by little the wheels get out of alignment. In your case you should get one, as big bumps generally change the alignment drastically.
