Hey guys, just wondering what seats you are all using?

I've been looking around just out of interest and these Bride Ergo II's stand out, being affordable and still looking decent. Anyone got them or have experience with Bride seats or any other seats for that matter? I know stock seats do the job and i probably wouldnt change my seats but it's always nice to dream ;)

(I know it's ebay but its a good example)

Cheers all

Have an Bride Ergo 1.5,

Very comfy, very firm hold and looks great.

It is also for sale now in the For Sale section smile.gif

May i ask why you're selling? :(

The Ergo leather is real nice...

May i ask what car does it goes into?

If you're referring to me when you're asking what car it goes into the answer is none, yet :( I'm just asking around and trying to find out information. That's what a forum is for, yeah? :(

nah, stock gtst seats are not up to the job.... :(

im running 33 gtr seats in my gtst and that's the minimum i could use now :(

comfy enough for a daily, and hold me in well enough for minor track work

I have been running the Bride Ergo II's in our Project Car for about a year now and they are an awesome seat for a daily that sees some track time. The recline feature is good for getting into the back seat. I do have a bit of wear on the seat from jeans with metal clips but that is to be expected. If you are serious about racing I would probably advise against a reclinable because it provides a weak point when in a crash. And I can't recommend enough how important it is to stay away form knock-off's when it comes to safety.

a question about full fixed back bucket seats.

i have an ergo atm but want to go to a fixed back bucket, will the fixed back effect my standard seatbelt holding me into the seat??? like will the seatbelt just hang over the seat coz the seat is "deep" and not support my body??? cheers

I'd image you'd have to get a harness setup if you were to get a full bucket seat because they are more racing orientated? Anyone confirm that?

I'm running a full bucket (sparco evo 2) and it is the most comfy seat I have ever used.

The standard seat belt isnt an issue, it works fine. I will upgrade to a harness when the cage goes in but for the moment I am more than happy.
