Hello Peoples,

Plez help me find the phone i want, i'm looking for a NOKIA 8600 LUNA. But nobody has one . Can anyone here find 1 or is able to order it in from overseas. Any help in getting me this phone is greatly appreciated .

Back in 2000 (maybe '01) I was looking for a phone that was already out overseas and couldn't find it here... ...was able to order it from them and just pop my sim in...

thanks for researching, but the deliema is that i get phone allowance up to $100.00 so i have to get it on a plan. Other option is to get a NOKIA N96 with a plan than sell the phone, than buy the 8600. Hmmm...... what to do???

My old man has the N96, not a bad phone at all. Even if you got the N96, sold it and got the 8600 you would still have some money in the pocket as the N96 would be more expensive

mate please do, i have found a shop that sells it. but the price they want is extremely high, lets say i can buy a N96 and a quater. greatly appreciated.

And make sure it's made in Germany/Quad Band and only has 128mb of mem.

N96: over rated and over priced (about $1300 RRP)

Luna: 2g phone with steel casing, 2mp camera, and radio. I would not pay over $300 fr this as it's old tech.

E66: better option than the luna. 3g, aluminium casing slider with push email, RRP is about $650 unlocked or free on plans about $60 and above. It's a keypad version of the E71 really, with the screen flipped 90 degrees.

N85: a slimmer, newer version of the N96 with less memory (but expandable to 16gb) no dvb-h (not supported in Au anyway) but does include an FM transmitter (liten to music or take calls through car stereo via FM) Still has GPS, Bluetooth and push email, but in a much less chunky package

plus the screen is an organic LED, and much better to view than the N96.

Plus it's only about $1k RRP, and available on plans unlocked.
