The missus is interested in anouther Val for cruising (i wanted a 32gtr, she said no, lol) and im spending more on mine, so sadly i must decline.

Ive now put the original seat back in, and the Daytona OBX seat and rails are for sale seperatly

Got another thread somewhere.....

Hi Chris, since you sold the seat separately, I just wondering if you want to sell your Bilstein and whiteline suspension separately??? I have the stock r33 gts-t suspension sitting in my garage, I can swap with ur bilsteins plus cash, I also have a set of tein coilovers, I can swap that too, if you r interested, plz let me know. Good luck with the sale. Cheers

Richard

G'day Richard,

Thanks for the post mate, I'd rather keep the bilstien shocks and whiteline springs in there, as a few reasons, I dont have the time right now with work and other comittments to put the stock suspension in, and the stock suspension would be a bit old for it now. I think one of the points of the car as a selling point, is the suspension itself!

Its already set up fr a twisty road, or the track!

thanks for the offer anyway mate,

cheers,

Chris

Mate if this was 2 months ago, i would have snapped it up, but already purchased an R33, bit annoyed yours has more mods :D

good luck

Spewing!!! Although I did post it up 2 months ago, just not at this price!! Ah well, all good cam!! Know anyone who wants it?? LOL

Tell me bout it Ryan!

I dont know people buy 9-10k shitters and mod them when they can have this for 13.8! with nothing to spend!!

So I was thinking...

sure, people can buy a cheap, fair condition R33 for say 9-10k with basic mods, such as exhaust and FMIC and maybe springs or shocks.

you might drive it for a while, think its ok, but then you'll get the urge to do the ECU, more boost, need a better ride - suspension. Also you may need to fix some panels.

you boost it up and stock turbo cries enough - fork out more money for a better turbo - your 9-10k faily crappy R33 has turned into a 15k minimum car, which would still need some TLC

Mine on the other hand, you get an R33 which is in very very good condition, has nothing to spend on suspension, nothing to spend on the body, nothing to spend on power, the only thing someone may want to spend money is the stereo....but...thats a different street....

The car has always been serviced by a top sydney workshop, no expence spared.

So for 13.6k - you are getting a, absolute bargain!!!!!

The car looks near standard from outside, which doesnt attract unwanted attention.

It has the power to run 12's at WSID and put down some good lap times if you decide to track it.

So, why do people buy these 9k shitters in the first place?

I dont get it?

Anyway - 13.6k ONO

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
