Hi everyone,

I have for sale a brand new R35 GTR. It's a JDM model imported by me in december last year. It's fully complied and will be the last ever JDM R35 GTR imported under SEVS. So in a small way it's a little bit historic. :P

The car is still in it's plastic wrap and has been wrapped with body protection too for it's journey to aus and while it was being complied. It has not been driven at all since it left nissan japan. It was trucked to the wharf, secured in a container, then it's been trucked everywhere since.

The spec:

Dark Metal Grey R35 GTR

optional 5 year paint protection coating and nissan paint care kit

dealer option GTR plush floor mats (still new in their wrapping - cost over $2,000 alone!)

optional side air-bags (a wise idea in a car this fast)

premium dark wheels with the premium bridgestone tyres

It comes with all the books and manuals too

in dash DVD player with hard drive that automatically copies any CDs you play

Nissan will be bringing these to aus, but if you ordered one today you'd be looking at July or later for delivery and the costs are set to rise. This is a chance to save some money and enjoy one of the greatest cars made right now, no waiting, no stuffing around.

Price is $158,000 and that is fully registered, on the road, you driving it. Bear in mind nissans prices don't include dealer delivery, other dealer charges, any of these options or any on road costs. but my price includes all of that.

If you are seriously interested give me a call 0405 186 433 or send me a message with your details.

got your pm mate. we'll talk next week. km wise it's less than 100. I'd have to check to tell you exactly but it's only whatever the nissan factory put on it for the post production tests and delivery.

a few more pics when it was at the dealer before the put the body wrap on for me.

Hi, I am a hobby importer with quite a few GTR33/34 V-specII/ and NUR.etc. I am planning to get either a JDM or ADM R35 for myself and another one for my mate. Getting your R35 registered in Melb. should have no problem. Plz call me on 0433559972.Thanks

Alex.Cheung

how come this is the last one complied under sevs ?

i thought a couple of people had compliance on the 07-08 r35 GTRs ....wont that still stand even if nissan bring them in ?

Hi, I don't really want to get off topic in this thread. it's a for sale thread only, not a discussion topic. ;) anyone with off topic questions can pm me. but i'll answer this one. Only 1 workshop was successful in getting compliance for the R35. They only had 25 plates. most have already been done. due to the fall in the aud to import one now would cost around $220,000AUD (over $60K in tax alone) which is far from sensible. So this will definitely be the last brand new JDM car imported and complied for road use in aus.

i hope this is a valid question

is it a Series II GTR?

series 1. but with the latest gearbox firmware etc. and is not one of the really early cars that suffered some box problems.

as for RNS11Z read my post again if you are unclear. "will be the last ever JDM R35 GTR imported under SEVS. So in a small way it's a little bit historic." in a small way a little bit historic. ie of some small historic significance. the last ever complied JDM 35 in aus. jeez it's hardly a big deal. just a small point I mentioned. it certainly doesn't make the car any more or less valuable. just an interesting fact for the new owner.

How does it feel knowing your child has been sold into slavery...

Muahahah :D

Hooray for me.

man I am a handsome bloke!

and yes, the R35 has found it's new home. has now already racked up a few thousand kms, had a dozen or more drivers, had it's limiter removed and it's boost increased, seen over 240km/h, and done dozens of laps at Phillip Island GP circuit.

I was very sad to see it go, and even though it's now a slave to the well healed members of TSSC I know James will read them all the riot act to make sure they look after his first born! Second born on the way... good luck with both 'kids'. ;)

    • ok so if i wanted to go 18's i would go for 8's  in front 30+ or 32+ off set at front and the back 9 would be ok? what offset should i aim for.. then can i do some  hunting for wheel rim choices..    If i get this - will this fit all around: Size: 18 x 8.5 +37 - n what tyres size tyre should i get for front n back?
    • Absolute f*cking nightmare. I had to take breaks constantly, and I was always pissed off when I got home. The line split in Italy on day 2 (we drove from the Netherlands), lol. Driving any narrow European town was... well, sh*t.   Appreciate it man. Here, I'll just drop a favourite from the load I took on Saturday.   I'll update here when things happen with the car, the thing is, with stock power and almost everything chassis-wise taken care of, there really are no problems. 268,000kms now and counting.
    • Ah! I actually managed to snag a lightly used set.... that aren't so suitable for me right now. They don't work on a GTT without some cutting or creative heat moulding. I thought about reselling them myself cause I didn't want to murder them, but it looks like I'm probably going to attempt to murder them/melt them because I may as well. @GTSBoy @PranK can somebody close this thread?
    • Hey mate,  I have a set, one is slightly damaged but wont be noticable once installed.  Shoot me a message if your still after them
    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
