yup. I know the gsm pretty well and the DP.

What ya need

Alyssa is looking at getting an auto K13 or an i20 (in green or black) and wants to trade in her 2004 1.5 auto 3dr Getz. And get a really good deal :)

blown exhaust?

i didnt hear about that... i had the volume down low (wife was sleeping)...

Yea it is where they let the engine over run when they brake to keep exhaust gasses go over the rear diffuser to help in stabilty. aparantly mercedes powered cars are allowed to but the renaults are not for some reason..

but who cares.... GO WEBBER

team orders with red bull meaning webber wasn't allowed to overtake vettel and get 2nd.

Discuss......

Oh and hello everyone! I'm back :action-smiley-069:

Didn't Ferrari get into a bit of strife a few years back for the same sort of shenanigans with Schumacher being given a win he didn't deserve thanks to a 1-2 Ferrari finish?

Team orders are allowed now, but I think last night it was a case of common sense. Webber wouldn't have been able to get the job done so I think the team was just making sure they didn't take each other out on the last corner.

Mangs,

Got the bike working on the weekend only for it to f**k out on me again this morning. Think there is something wrong with the choke on the carb.

Trade it on boost for a used mountain bike inner tube and a fish tank, then drive the GT-R

i think most are upset cause its half way through the season and now cause one team has protested they all have to change parts on their cars...

its poor to think if one team threatens the FIA with pulling from F1 they jump...

id just say "ok, see ya"

they need to set one set of rules, then consider/announce changes at the end of a season...

or if they announce early have them not take effect until next season...

Morning Mangs,

Fark, it's only Tuesday :(.

I'll give you 4 GPS units and a half eaten pizza...

You're a half eatern pizza

Today I got turkey slapped by a ratchet and an oil drain, and bukaked by a battery. Fail.

Sounds like my kind of party!

wished people would pick other places to commit suicide. that incident at geebung this morning made my trip in here 1:15..

The fail state is not usually that extreme but you know what I mean - it was in my case though! This is where being able to read all the sensors is useful cause you see this stuff really quickly.
    • The above is very important. However as long as you keep timing relatively low, it's plausible to make your own knock ears and plausible to learn to tune with a modern ECU that can do wideband O2 correction like a boost controller. I mean if you only have one viable road to even drive the car on, learning to tinker to this level may be worth doing given you can't do much else with the car...?
    • I find the fact that the rear plate has to be bent inwards at the rear not so bad: but the front is just awful: It's like come on. (these are my very old, now retired/turned in plates) TBH it is a lot of money to fix a minor issue, the fact I said "I'll never really spend the money on doing this" is why people ended up buying them as a gift for a 'car guy' who can be hard to shop for.. for car guy things.
    • I just bent the ends of my premo plates. It even went through Regency like that after the engine conversion and the inspector (a great bloke!) just squinted his eyes and said "I didn't see that". Plates, and how they look, are just something that have zero importance to me.
    • Yeah, I would have said the same. It makes me suggest that there are other things wrong, such that the ECU is totally unhappy with the broken sensor. The only other thought here is that maybe it is shorted, which might cause a different issue to the typical "disconnected" sensor.
