Just wanna know which ones these are?

u no wot else would look good, a carbon fibre N1 R32 GTR style lip for the r33 gtst, one that sits inline with the quater panels (cos as u no the r33 gtst boot sits lower then the gaurds)

that would be nice :pirate:

yeh gud old duck wing :D

IMO I would not go for it.

Looks rice and is only useful on track cars for down force (But even then if I had a track car I would not use one), not fan of them...

And the cops will make any excuse to burn you about the wing.

Kinda sticks out like a sore thumb...

Go the Drift / Duck Wing.

Looks a lot better and blends into the car.

cops pull me ova twice a week atm anywayz so no big deal...but the duck wing cant be stolen as easily as the drift wing :D so i guess it has its benefits as well as lookin tidier

LOL!

Ah well if you got nothing to lose then go for it...

But still I go the Drift wing. Looks Better :D

i dont mind the duck wing. the r33 boot/ wing is weird, i still think a carbon lip without those long things on the bottom of the wing that lead from the back window up to the wing, would look MAD !!

but then you'l have to get the bolts closed up where the bolts usualy are

Duck wing in carbon fibre anyone??

anyone seen them for sale?

psi parts do the d-wing, drift wing, duck wing or whatever its called in carbon fibre

Ive just painted my wheels black, have a black grill, and black trims (rest of the car is ve holden green) = i will be picking up a carbon fibre one of these soon to complete the package :ermm:

thanx gezza.... after the first hit i got a new front end.... headlight's a modifyed gtr bar & grill setup, FQP's and sprayed the cooler black

then after the second hit i got the rest sprayed... lol so now i have had a full respray for free this year :)

steve it uses the existing boot holes but i also used double sided tape to make it waterproof :P

    • I've seen similar actually in my situation. You never know what tables are attempted to be used when the car thinks it's -99C or +200C. The fail state is not usually that extreme but you know what I mean - it was in my case though! This is where being able to read all the sensors is useful cause you see this stuff really quickly.
    • The above is very important. However as long as you keep timing relatively low, it's plausible to make your own knock ears and plausible to learn to tune with a modern ECU that can do wideband O2 correction like a boost controller. I mean if you only have one viable road to even drive the car on, learning to tinker to this level may be worth doing given you can't do much else with the car...?
    • I find the fact that the rear plate has to be bent inwards at the rear not so bad: but the front is just awful: It's like come on. (these are my very old, now retired/turned in plates) TBH it is a lot of money to fix a minor issue, the fact I said "I'll never really spend the money on doing this" is why people ended up buying them as a gift for a 'car guy' who can be hard to shop for.. for car guy things.
    • I just bent the ends of my premo plates. It even went through Regency like that after the engine conversion and the inspector (a great bloke!) just squinted his eyes and said "I didn't see that". Plates, and how they look, are just something that have zero importance to me.
    • Yeah, I would have said the same. It makes me suggest that there are other things wrong, such that the ECU is totally unhappy with the broken sensor. The only other thought here is that maybe it is shorted, which might cause a different issue to the typical "disconnected" sensor.
