jvs007 Posted October 12, 2003 Author Share Posted October 12, 2003 my main concern was wit the AFR reading, i was considering a autometer AFR gauge but i thought id kill 2 birds with 1 stone since i dont hav a timer. how accurate is it ??? and also i my alarm doesnt have a timer facility but hav been told relays help getting around dat problem. any thoughts... The Autometer AFR gauge is pretty gay IMO. It only has three coloured sections (rich -> cruise -> lean). That's farked. The Apex gives a reading (14.7 etc.) - it's not 100% accurate as it runs off your O2 sensor. I have a HKS timer and wish to change to Apex. T.
