Hey guys, I have recently come across some HDMI cables sourced direct from their factory overseas and can sell them a heap cheaper than what your normal retail shop would. These are Monster brand HDMI cables and have the best reputation for high quality cables in the home theatre market. The cable i have is the MC1000 which is suitable for any HDMI device, be it a upscaling dvd player, a Playstation 3, blu ray player etc. These cables transfer data at 10.2GB per second which is fast enough to transfer almost anything you can throw at it.

Features:

24k gold contacts for maximum signal transfer and corrosion resistance.

Large gauge silver-coated conductors for superior signal transfer and ultimate high-definition video.

Ultra high-density quad-layer shielding for ultimate rejection of RF and EM interference.

Advanced nitrogen (N2) gas-injected dielectric ensures maximum signal strength, even over longer runs.

This exact cable retails at $389 at stores like Myer!!!

PRICING:

$80 each, add $10 if postage is required.

Don't want to ruin your sale thread (even though i probably will) but anyone who pays this kind of money for a hdmi cable must be mentally retarded. A $10 hdmi cable will do exactly the same thing

Shows how much you know about the subject! :P

Great price! Good luck with the sale.

What don't i know about the subject? Prove to me a monster cable is any better? All HDMIcables transfer data at 10.2gigaBITS. Monster love to trick people and just put 10.2GB to make it look like gigabyte. Go down and look at places showcasing the monster cable compared to a 'normal' hdmi cable and then look at the back of the T.V's. The 'normal' hdmi cable isn't even one at all it's just a composite cable so the monster cable looks like it's better.

How about YOU don't talk if you know nothing about the subject? I'm just trying to help eople from getting ripped off. Not saying skylineguy is ripping people off, he probably just doesn't know any better either

/rant

lol anyone who pays more than $30 (at most) for an HDMI cable is a complete pillock and ought to have their money ripped out from their wallets.

have a good read of this:

and this:

and watch this:

and in fact, read any of the subjective, scientific tests linked to on here:

If you're using an HDMI cable that is under 3 metres long, you can use pretty much any cheapo cable and it'll give you EXACTLY the same quality as overengineered monster crap.

Digital signals are either recieved or not, they have checksums and checkbits, there is no such thing as signal strength, only data corruption, and that takes over 4m of wire to even become an issue. So unless you're running a longass wire to a projector, save your money.

here's a 1.8m HDMI cable for 10 bucks. I use 4 of these on a decent AV system (XBox 360, PS3, 1080p Sony bravia, HDPC, merantz receiver etc), so I'm sure as hell they will work on any other system.

the 3m version is $5 more.

Also, reselling shit on SAU is not allowed unless you're a registered trader.

Closed.

In future, if you want to import goods from overseas to resell, stick to ebay.

If YOU dont believe it makes a difference good for you

There is belief - and then there is FACT.

The two are often at other ends of the field - same as your mystical cables :(

Gotta love being able to have a last say :)

    • looking for some help and maybe some insight on others experience with a new LSD. R34 GT ran and drove beautifully, but always alot of grip loss due to the open R200 rear end, so I just installed a new 1.5 LSD way into the stock open R200 for a ER34. Simple. Everything seemed right. I test drove for the first time this weekend. as I started to back out the garage the first time slowly with tires straight it sounded and felt like I had a loose or half disconnected drive shaft...that was clucking around loose and shaking entire vehicle, and making it feel like the trans clutch was spontaneously slipping then grabbing very roughly while just letting out pedal slowly. I backed it out went to pull forward with the same noise, shake and slip grab feeling with hesitation, I turned the tires to back out more and then pulled ahead some same thing but worst because of added wheel resistance (which that I expected) puzzled … pulling it back in checking everything over and finding nothing wrong, I tried it the next day. same thing, couldn’t believe how it shook everything again making a terrible noise and making it feel like the trans clutch was slipping and grabbing, but I got it out of garage into the driveway, got it straight, drove forward and then reveres a few times in a straight line everything shaking , causing what felt like clutch slip and grab every time, sounded like right behind front driver tire and I could feel it in the floor board with my feet,... worst right when beginning to let clutch pedal out to engage slightly, shuttering and sounding terrible along the way…I managed to slowly get down the road, babying it the whole way, once I was rolling (out of 1st) seemed to be better and between shifts, then clutch felt closer to normal…not slip/ grab etc., but back down to any stop, straight road or turning, same thing. Made no difference if all tires were straight or if I was turning. All other gauge read out correct. with in 2 miles as planned I reached the empty parking lot and performed the break in procedure that came with lsd, essentially to drive in a figure 8 a bunch.  Did this, binding chattering, and shaking the car the whole way. I drove it back home seemed somewhat normal once I was in straight line and past 10 mph or so, and I know it will “bind” on corners and cause some tires squeal when turning especially from a stop, but when I begin to move it still causes what feels like the trans clutch to slip and jerk badly as well as shaking the entire car, and sounds terrible, that I didn’t expect. I used the fluid they supplied with LSD kit and did the breaking, planning to change fluid as they suggest after breaking, but wondering will it get smoother or less aggressive with use? maybe a 1.5 is just too aggressive for normal road driving?   I have a LSD that I put in my 71 cuda when I restored it, with amazing smooth , quite yet effective results. Different style LSD but that ones a joy to drive. maybe expecting too much from this R200?

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
