Ive seen them on nengun.com for the genuine stuff; best you buy genuine for the sideskirts as possibly the fibreglass copies may crack under hard body flexing (cornering) *dont hold me to that though, jst my plausible theory*

by nismo do you mean the factory option kit?

because up in wangara theres a place called distinctive car imports, most of their cars are kitted out with it

if you mean the nismo z tune kit the only place i know of is through nismo themselves possibly and JSAI, but yeah, i still have not managed to get hold of them.

Thanks boostED82 and r32gtrrocks!

I was wondering the exact same thing since I only knew JSAI as the only people to get them here.. and I had read so many bad things about them I didn't want to risk it!

Has anyone dealt with BodyForm before and can give any feedback?

'UnCo' - I've been emailing Allan from Bodyform and he's been really responsive and helpful. The sideskirts are $330 a pair and rear pods are $250 a pair (prices off their website). Postage is extra of course. Your order and payment must be made in full before they begin to make the items. Allan said this takes up to one working week, then dispatch and delivery is within another week (to Perth anyway, so prolly quicker if interstate on ethe ast coast). They are fibreglass and come with clips ready to be fitted (I have pics from Bodyform of a customer's car so PM me your email if you want to view). They just need to be primed and paint matched.

They seem reputable and I've read a few positive comments on them and their work. I'll be placing my order towards the end of July.

Thanks mate!

I might give them a go and give Allan a buzz :(

I'll be heading up there ineterstate to go to Wakefield next month so I might head a bit further and just pick up the items if I put the order in before the trip.

I'll PM you my email for the pics, thanks again!!

    • Hope you aren't too sore after that one, might take a day or 2 to notice yet and I guess it is a loooooong drive home. On the bright side, tube frame front end is a thing at superlap, right?

    • The chart of front pressure to rear pressure (with one being on the x axis and the other being on the y axis) is not a straight line on a typical proportioning valve. At lower pressures there is a straight line with one slope, and at higher pressures that changes to a lower slope. That creates a bend in the line at that pressure, called the knee point. If you do not change the proportionng as the pressure gets higher, you will suffer excessive pressure (at one end of the car or the other, depending on which way you look at the proportioning action) and then get lockups at that end. The HFM BM57, from my memory of previous discussions, is based on the BM57 from a different car (to a Skyline), with a different requirement for the location of the knee point and the distribution of pressure front to rear, and so is not a good choice for an upgrade on a Skyline. Here's a couple of links to some old posts, one from here, one from elsewhere. A lot of it pertains to adjustable prop valves, but the idea is the same. There are plenty of discussions on here about this issue from al the many years of people wanting a cheap/accessible option. https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/ https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/
    • Yeah dunno why johhny posted that here with no context, just post on FB/insta bro where he put it up?  Laine had an off at T4 during Thurs prac, he's ok, car is less than perfect, they are done for the weekend, he can fill in the rest. Bando also binned it like 100m up the road.
    • I feel there must have been a FB/insta post and the weekend did not start well at all I hope everyone is all okay
