Hey everyone

im planning to do put a rb25neo out of a stagea into my r32 gts-4.

Im currently running a gtr gearbox would this mate up to the auto stagea engine?

im running a wolf v500 ecu i know i need to modify the loom for it to fit.

Does the engine fit straight in? do any modifications need to be made to complete the conversion?

Has anyone done this conversion before? What problems did you encounter? Do you have any advice for me?

thanks

I've done it with a pre-Neo Stagea engine.

You will need to:

1. replace the spiggot bearing in the back of the crankshaft.

2. fit a flywheel and clutch assembly.

3. retain the R32 P/S pump (for HICAS).

Other than that, the engine should be a straight bolt in.

what do you mean by fit a flywheel and clutch assembly? is that a new one or can i use the flywheel and clutch i currently have?

can i use the stagea power steering pump if i dont want HICAS?

thanks
