Spark Plugs What Do You Use?

Hey guys my car due for a service soon and was thinking what brand or model spark plug to use and was wondering what do you guys use for your N/a, well im using bosh right now and my car back fires alot and also what is the gapping for the N/a 0.8mm?

also oil what are your recommendations im currently using elf and its ok but wanted to noe whats better.

Will probably change to Splitfire triple platinum's as ive heard they are good.

Depends how much you would spend. Redline 10w40 is $160 for 3.8L so that wont fill the car you need a quart aswell, there about $45. I have never come across a problem with it and don't know anyone who has. Its just a wallet emptier.

I'm using Castrol Edge 10W60 by recommendation of my tuner.. that's for a N/A+t. Been happy with it, just done the same service second time recently.

Using NGK iridiums at the moment.

NGK platinums - stock from the nissan dealership - $14 each - That was 1.5 years ago.

i use NGK Platniums heat rating of 6

Martini Racing has really good oil too that i use 5w50, the R34 loves it

whats the stock spark plug gapping? the gtst is a 0.8 mm i think? is it the same for the non turbo?
