Hi all

price list

1/2 Cage - $600-$750

Full Cage $1200-$2000 (depending on number of braces and intrusions bars)

these prices are for mig welded cdw cages. I can do tig welded cages in cdw or cromoly at extra cost

surge tanks price would depend on design probably around $100-$150

i dont have any polishing gear so all aluminum would mill finish

thanks brendan

Hi i havent been on line for a while

1)Timr33 mate i would need the car to do the bending but supply and bend for around $600 some then you can notch and weld you self

2)Yes if you require qld transport mod plate these will be around $100 dollars extra

3)yes i can if you dont brake 10s you only need a half cage with side intrusions

4) topspeed buy precut(prebend so you can notch and weld) wat do you mean and does you r32 do 8 sec on the 1/4

thanks brendan

bLaQ.bOi i think you needed to choose your question better.

Trying to keep a car 'street legal' with a cage can proove difficult. Look into the regs of your state if you're serious. Mod Plates in QLD are the equivelent to an engineers certificate, except they are affix to the car.

If you were looking into motorsport stuff, perhaps a better question would have been "Are these designed to meet CAMS/ANDRA specs??".

yep your 100 percent correct.

i shouldnt assume he knew what i ment, reguardless. he failed to answer, i wouldnt buy this stuff, esp if it hasnt been properly designed, like if its just slapped together

    • BTW, level up linking and @-ing, thanks David I actually don't have much to add, except that I have seen electrical gauges "off the scale" due to some sort of mechanical issue that work properly again after freeing up....sounds like that might be what happened here...
    • Howdy all, A mate of mine picked up an R32 GTS-T recently and it had a very... colourful... gear knob that needed to be replaced immediately 🤣 I put together a replacement which is reminiscent of the Nismo offering, which I also really like both the feeling and design. I basically took what they did and optimising for 3D printing, with the exception of the top chamfer, where I prefer a filleted design, despite it not printing quite as clean. If anybody needs another thread size for the locker or if you prefer a top chamfer similar to the Nismo one, I'm happy to put something together for you and as a side note, I was really impressed by the TPU lock nuts. Originally I was going to use steel and then found out the ones I had on hand were sadly M10 1.5 pitch, rather than the required M10 1.25 pitch, so I had to get a bit creative rather than wait for the bolt shop to open. In the picture it looks a little bit 'rough' at the top due to the layering printing on a curve, but in reality it's not very noticeable at all and honestly feels pretty good in the hand. https://www.printables.com/model/910138-nissan-skyline-r32-gear-knob Regards, Sean

    • R32 fuel gauge definitely stays at the current reading when turned off. It will not show a new reading (ie if it was low and you just filled up) until it is turned on, at which point it should sweep from empty to full in only a few seconds.
    • Guys , just picked up 400R today , still getting used to setup ,I might be looking at maybe getting a exhaust upgrade in the next 6 months , any advise for a shop in Sydney?
