Hey guys just gonna resurrect this post :P

I finally got around to looking at the coil pack, I found that one cylinder (coil pack) had this white residue in the clip. I only changed that one coil pack and it seems to running fine :(

My quick question- is this a coil pack related problem or should I be changing the actual lead it self?

Thanks again

yer it was in the clip from the coil to the loom. Thats wat i done and to date its fine! no more miss fire- its amazing wat something like a coil can do to the car performance. wanted to make sure- cause that plastic is B*tch to take off and on :D

thank you to everyone and once again thank for your input.

if ur car is misfiring, it does not mean u have a faulty ignition system, any slight modification can cause this, on a stock car yes. Changing ur exhaust can create a misfire as it changes the turbulance going in and out of the cylinder, which puts more strain on the ignition sys.

A fix would be replace plugs, gap if boosted, then swap coils one by one and test
