Actually - I'm thinking now that we have a :

* Best GTR

and

* Best Non-GTR

So this catches GTS-t, GT-T, GTS4, GTS-X, etc

so Includes all the R31s too - can't forget them !

What do you think ?

I'm just wondering why the GTR has it's own category, and the others don't?

There are more R33 GTS-ts in the club than R33 GTRs, so surely they deserve their own category? Same goes for R32 GTS-ts...

Not sure where to lump the GT-ts, GTS4s, GTS-X, GTS-Rs, Silhouettes, etc though... Not sure there are enough in the club to warrant their own category in each case?

How about:

Best R31 Skyline

Best R32 Skyline GTS-t

Best R32 GTR

Best R33 GTS-t

Best R33 GTR

Best R34 Skyline

I dunno... I'm sure I'll piss someone off with those suggestings, but they are based purely on my percieved numbers of each type in the group, and gropuing them into decent sized groups to make the categories worthwhile!! :)

Just throwing ideas around :)

Might work... another way we could do it is based on entries... ie, 6 R33 GTR's required to form a category of Best R33 GTR... if not all entrants fit into Best skyline category??? Keep the ideas coming folks... this is the first time we have ever done this...

for my 2 yen, I reckon that since there is no performance component to this comp, just group them by model

Best R31

Best R32

Best R33

Best R34.

Give the GTSTs another chance to smack some GTRs :(

i have a few ideas

how about most bottles (beer, softdrink for the girls)

most maccas wrappers

most dog hair within one car

person who cares the least about appearance

this car is so sick it almost made me spew

most inapropriate use of a monster tacho(lol)

why did you even enter award

car that most resembles the owner (gtr fat ass)

best fake gtr

gayest boost guage

who has the biggest blow of valve (sick)

can you fit your head in your zorst

    • Ha ha ha, that's fair mate! We have the crackhead dogs now. Mainly because the missus wants the crazy dogs while she still has the energy and capacity to be able to keep up with them! Ha ha our current two are both Working GSD, there brothers and sisters (from the same litters) are in Police, Corrective Services, and I believe one did end up in defence force too. They're wild and fun, yet right now, both curled up asleep on the lounge room floor while we watch some TV. Mal is very likely the next dog (unless I get my couch potato guardian dog 😛 )   What are your Kitties names? Are you planning some house work, like those high kitty shelves, built in scratching post, and some cat passages from one room to another room?
    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
