As for the the 600 hp on 92 octane, the americans use a different test to calculate their octane rating and their 92 is equivalent to our 98.

I'm waiting until 3am to download it (off-peak). I was thinking a while ago that they said there was going to be 3 BSG movies and so far they had only released Razor. Was The Plan shot post mini series production or during?

The Plan was shot after the whole series wrapped. It will be the final story we see from the BSG universe apart from Caprica. No more episodes/mini series or movies. Sad but true
