yeh e85 will be popular, i was thinking about taking a 205 myself. as for hotel we are trying to organise a caravan and stay in the infield.

booked my hotel and have 3x60L drum of e85 bring it on :)

ps nice car looks hot

Car is now repaired and under primer, should like nice and fresh for the event!

Getting painted on Saturday so should leave me plenty of time to be set! Gotta start collecting some tyres to fry!

Hi Guys Need to clear a little fib, as the guilt is killing me !!!

My log in VOZ000 is not really the owner Peter

Im his mate Rob and own a torana (pauly meet you at ADS garage )

My stir of the pot was all done in tongue in cheek to stir you boys up at the powercruise

It's usually me & Pete giving each other crap about Bottle or Boost and thought it would be a good idea to fire everyone up

Some people might not see the humour in it as I did

The excitment is building up and was not made to offened anyone on the forum ,

So Paully & PJ we will see you guys at the powercruise to have some fun

PS Pauly & PJ can't wait to see the cars out at the track thrashing and I know you guys would not be offended

Couldnt resist it, got the confirmation SMS (all booked) and got a track day only 3 days after to stir a few Porsche drivers that invited me...lol ( they've never seen the car, they just heard I had a GTR and wanted it on the track with them thinking its a stocker). Should be an awsome day cant wait. PJ you havnt seen the new package... makes the previous seam pretty stock...lol

Just got some last minute goodies, GReddy remote switching system, 4 point SFI harness, and Tomei 2 way going in on Friday. Should chirp second! :yes:

Tyres= check

E85= check

Pretty much back together too, quick dyno check on Saturday (couple more psi if it like it), just need to sort out tyres and I'm good to go.

And yeah the Greddy switch on the steering wheel will be ready too for the main straight brawls :(

      I would be surprised if that wasn't the issue. It's probably telling you, that even if you remove the plastic liner, you may have some other clearance issues that may occur too in some scenarios. IE, tyre to guard. It looks like someone has already rolled the lip, but you may still have issues in the future IE, turning and hitting a bump etc. The fact it changes how bad it makes the noise when you are going backward vs forward is highly indicative that it's the tyre rubbing. They do make a terrible sound, even if you're only pushing a project car that has a liner hanging down on a tyre!   Has the car been lowered? If it has been, what is the measurement from the centre of the wheel hub to the lip of the guard straight up?

      Mark's a bit smarter than people give him credit... He'd convince the person that is to become dead, to drive him to the forest first. That way his car has no evidence in it, and he's free to dispose of their vehicle permanently how he sees fit too...

      That could easily make a horrible noise. +1 to the benefits of: a) Disclosing all relevant information when asking questions such as these, b) Actually going out and having a look at your own car, seeing as you're the one there, and we're not!
