you entering Duncan?

Nathan it will be easier to pick a class to enter once the classes and rules are released! You need to get the info out asap so people know what they can and can't do.

Russ....good to hear about the car....why would you stuff around with a 35 when you have a perfectly good 32 around?!?

second this!!!

EC is massive and certain flag points will definately need to be Man!!! I didn't see Superlap on the Officials avalibilty form 2010..... ;)

Just seen the website is up to date??? classes are up there

looks like ill be the sole v8 competitor, is there even a v8 class this year? opens maybe.......shit

Dont worry, it will be fun having our own grudge racing R32 GTSt class . 2L vs 5.7L :)

I will be in Open class and no doubt 6-8 seconds off the ourright pace, but just hope on paper i can cholke out a credible time :D

EC will be great for the rwd boys in the std class as they will be much closer to the EVOs on std rubber. Hell my GTSt with std turb, odd mis matched tyres and the 180km/h limiter still did 1:56s around there.

I have only taken the TD06 out to EC once and it was wet and scary, so really hoping with some fresh boots the old girl can get under the 1:50 benchmark :( LOL, just wish i had the R400 i was driving at Spa as it was quicker then my toy :D

I've never driven EC, amped I say , AMPED! :)

My money's on Roy! haha if he gets too close, just drop a wheel off at the apex mate :D I hear he's a bit gun-shy about that...

I picked up a cheap registered 180SX last night, so i might do Clubsprint again. I really enjoyed Eastern Creek the one time I've been there.

Sounds like a bit of tinker time to be had over a few beers. :P

Not yet mate, you don't expect me to make the screen thing public do you, it would give you years of amo against me  remember my number plate on the Jeep? haha

    • Bought a v35, with blown head gasket. Looking for ideas what to do next? Rebuild, replace or swap??
    • I know -_- Oddly enough I went to a car show this weekend and not a single person made any mention of Nitrous... I did have to argue with a know it all that was convinced I had an RB26 head with HKS V-Cam as opposed to a regular VCT RB25 head, but what do I know. I think my HKS oil cap was throwing him off.
    • That seems like a lot more work than just using a second jack under a front tow hook to raise it enough to get another jack under it.
    • They're wonderful when only used to lift your car up an inch so a real jack fits under your front lip. Besides that, I've only ever used them on the side of the road.  We call them widow makers here.  Unfortunately, like I mentioned in another post, ramps are not an option for me due to generally working on my car once my kids are asleep. Cold starts, 4" exhaust and sleep rarely go well together. I honestly find using ramps a hell of a lot more work than what I'm currently doing anyways.
    • Yeah, it's getting like that, my daughter is coming over on Thursday to help me remove the bonnet so I can install the Carbuilders underbonnet stuff,  I might get her to give me a hand and remove the hardtop, maybe, because on really hot days the detachable hardtop helps the aircon keep the interior cool, the heat just punches straight through to rag top I also don't have enough hair for the "wind in the hair" experience, so there is that....LOL
