someone has offered to swap their GTT front end for my genuine GTR front end.. plus cash my way... i am considering their offer, since their GTT is black also. but i love my GTR front end.. looks tuff as :D

pfft lol nah i'm building a new track car :whistling: in the mean time i have not decided what to get for a daily.... depends if i can sell the skyline, or it will be my daily!

Price drop to $19,000. If it doesn't sell for this I guess I will keep it :D or swap the front end over..

I say KEEP IT matt :). How can you sell the thing that gave you so much happiness and joy over so many years! The amount of time you spent taking care of it. Me picking you up from the bus station to go pick up your car at RE ;)

LOL.. many years ago Ben. What are you driving now? Still got the evo ?

Nah, no more Evo ;)

It's euro time :P Can't wait to see your new toy though, any hints? ;)

Surprised this car isn't sold yet.

91,150 km.. thanks, so does everyone else. except people who want to buy a gtt don't want to pay extra for it.

Yeh i feel your pain.. i had the ztune front bar for the gtt on my car etc.. don't always get your money back on mods :(

but your car is at 19k which is the same as many other stock r34's for sale, so good luck. If you still have it at the end of the year i might be interested :bunny:

I don't care so much about getting my money back for mods, it's well past that point lol... but at the same time I'm not giving it away for the same price as a stock one. I am in no real rush anyway

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
