R32 Gtst Weight Reduction

hi guys just checking whether how can reduce weight of my r32. this is my sr20/rb25 r32 gtst project car.

• sr20( 500hp) / rb25box. (still havent put sr20 in as i waiting for conversion plate from melb).
  

meantime, thought should start cutting some weight off from r32. previous owner already done full gtr conversion with genuine gtr panels and corbon bonet and genuine gtr front bar. ive done followings so far

• cleaned up unwanted wires in engine bay
  
• removed rear wiper, rear enforcement bar
  
• drilled holes on front enforcement bar
  
• got rid of the sunroof
  
• remove 3 or 4 paint layers from previous owners
  
• lighten flywheel, light weight rims + nuts
  
• planing to do fiberglass door trims and dash very soon.
  

gimme some other ways ive missed.

do you need the crossmember for the sr20?? i have one sitting around.. was thinking of doing the same thing.
