45LDE
I wanna hook up the speedo sensor off a rb25 gear box to my r32 gts-t dash so i can get a read out on my power fc hand controller. will this work??? has this been done??? or can i wire straight to the ecu??? ps. i kno the dash speedo will not work cause its cable driven. so i dont care if the dash dont work. 32_Dave
you would need to find what ever cable goes from the dash cluster to pin 7 on a rb20 ecu and run that to pin 53 on the pfc. i am unsure on what colour the wire is, i would also like to know this. 32_Dave
hey bro worked it out for you. there is two yellow wires w. green stripes in the cabin that go from the chassis loom to the ecu, one is the diagnostic recieve which is pin 21 on the ecu, so get a ecu pin out diagram and trace it, the other one goes to pin 53 on a Rb20 ecu however if the pfc is rb25 it will also go to pin 53. For this all to work you must have the modified speedo drive. Another option may be if you keep the electronic speedo sender and run a cable from pin 53 on the pfc to the original electronic pickup. hope that helped and can sort u, or other out.
