oh im putting it on my r32 gts-t

You will need what is called a sandwich adaptor, you remove your oil filter and screw this aluminum block in its place, the oil cooler then in turn gets screwed into the back of it.

The sandwich adaptor will have two tapped holes which you need to buy some fittings for, these fitting will allow you to attach the oil lines that go from the sandwich plate to the oil cooler, then return from the oil cooler to the sandwich plate.

Check to see the size fittings you need to attach the oil lines to your cooler, be sure tu buy the fittings to suit the type of line you are planning on using, be it braided or just normal hydraulic/rubber hoses.

When looking for the best place to mount the cooler a few considerations to keep in mind are:

- a position that gets plenty of airflow

- Does this position compromise flow to another critical part say the radiator/intercooler

- How easy is it to mount there, access when wanting to drain/change the engine oil.

- length of hoses, braided hose is not cheap.
