Waste of time repairing that i am sorry to say...

I would be shocked if that was not a statutory write off.

Best bet is to part it out and buy a new one. Also that is a rear hit so why is the other person not paying etc or was it a single vehicle accident?

Don't repair it it will never sell if your honest when you do and if there is chassis damage then it will crab and look s*#t..

s*** true?

yeah it was single car accident

i think gov was fixing the road.

i didnt c the sign and went too fast on it.

car went in the air when it dropped i lost control.

no insurance coz wasnt sure if i was going some where for while or not.

where is best place to look for shell?

Cut and polish mate, she'll be right.....

Seriously, to repair you'll be looking at least

Rear window

Rear bar

RHR quarter panel

Beaver panel

Boot lid

At least one tail light....I'm guessing

Plus a lot of labour and painting costs.........minimum.

If it's a 34 gtt you'll likely find the best deal will be to buy another car and part that one out, you'll be surprised how much of those parts will sell, and it'll all add up.

I've said before I had a friend in NZ who used to buy cars and part them out, even if they were in perfect registerable condition, cos parts alone fetch a hell of a lot more than the car as a whole.

I really hope you owned that car before you joined this forum.....if you wrote one off in under 11 days I would suggest you stick with the civic....or maybe a Volvo

Check if the roof has any ripples, crumpled etc (roof is structural). Then check and measure the rear cradle mount points to the front mount points on front crossmember.

If the roof is good, and the measurements aren't out by more than a couple of mm ( I doubt it) then it would be repairable.

Also the boot floor would need to be bashed out too.

Even then like the guys said, all the parts, paint and labour will be $$$$.

Looks like it may be worth repairing?

Good luck with your decision.

ofcoz i had itt for while.

what u think? lol

if i crashed in 2weeks, i will be in mental hosp. haha

i was looking for parts and saw this site

so thought i join.

i saw boot lid for 100 and RH rear light for 60.

rear bumper for 150.

so i need RH quarter panel and some metal bit/

im looking for shell ATM as well.

if i can get good shell i might jus buy the shell.

ot buy 2dr r34 GT and swap the parts and sell what i have left.

i think it might be best way

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
    • Can you clarify what you mean by boost cut, do you mean it misfires both when under load (driving) and when stationary and out of gear? Or does the ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high (boost control issue)? Does it occur at idle with no throttle? When you say "the ECU is OK", what ECU is it and why do you think it is OK? Have you used the NEO ECU, and if so do you have a MAP sensor attached? Same for the AFM, why do you think it is OK? Do you have any way to put a fuel pressure gauge on it (even just a mechanical one between the fuel filter and fuel rail)?
