Hey guys don't know how true this is but surposely one of my friends told me that someone just bought an R35 GT-R for $70k.

Now my friend isn't the one to lie so someone is telling him a load of shit or it's true.

He bought it from an auction and he doesn't know if it's an Aussie or Jap spec but is gonna find out 4 me...

Does anyone know anything about this??

Yeah, did hear of this but it sold for $90,000 and was hail damaged. It was about 2 months ago.

perhaps pics are ADM but apparently $70k to $80k is the going rate (for a JDM import for race/rally/club rego) as Duncan says.

Whats the difference to one you can get registered for road use? Is it just the import BS taxes that make up the majority of the extra cost?

Duncan have a chat to Steve at Just Jap. He has imported the majority of the race and parts use GTRs. AUD is very strong atm so it is a good time to buy
