DR 32R
Having fought in the "blood for oil" war, (exchange instructor US Navy and marines), ethanol is a beautiful thing. Non fossil fuel. Non middle East. E70/E85 good, E100 even better. Restoring a Skyline is Carbon friendly, E85 (from waste largely) even better. Appropriate tuning and fuel systems give more fun too. "80or200" why don't you put your pixsy life of the line in the name of "blood for oil". Dohmar
Not enough outlets sell the stuff yet.... but in 12 months.... if it becomes common, im hoping my 575's will be enough for a safe street tune probably will have to rebuild my engine with forged internals and replace a bunch of perishable rubber -D Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/337085-e85/#findComment-5450952 Share on other sites

Brezza
what sort of fuel ecconomy are you guys running e85 getting? lowest i've gotten in my GTR on PULP is 14L/100kms but when pushing it a bit every now and again it'll get up around the 16-18L/100kms Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/337085-e85/#findComment-5451471 Share on other sites

rad100
adrian, im going e85, rb25, 3076r, fully built, gtr pump to surge tank to 044. 740cc. what can i expect? Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/337085-e85/#findComment-5451874 Share on other sites
180or200
as above you'll run out of flow from your pump before your injectors, if you dont mind pushing the fuel system i'd guess 320-330 rwkw would be expected at about 22 psi, anymore would be a bonus! Yes I was having a toss!, LOL but am building my car for e85, as a complete package. There are reasons like what is the logic of middle east oil now, for less performance etc etc. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/337085-e85/#findComment-5451975 Share on other sites
