Rb25 Turbo

hey guys im looking at doing a little turbo upgrade on my rb20det, i dont no which rb25 turbo to get like from a s1 25 or s2 25 or 25 neo are they much different? and is it very hard to do

the S1 or the neo turbos are the better upgrades in stock form for the rb25. It shouldnt be hard to do as it bolts up to the standard intake and standard exhaust

Nah, series 1 RB25 will take more boost, a Neo turbo will make a bit more power.

as far as I know the series 2 turbos cant handle as much boost as the series 1 turbo because they have a different material wheel

I got an OP6 housing too that has been machined to suit a hypergear highflow too. if any 1 wants to buy me a carton lol

r34 turbo wont 'bolt straight up'. only the dump pipe is different

series 1 and 2 r33 turbos will bolt straight up, and the difference between the 2 is minimal. yes the compressor wheels are different but they both got ceramic exhaust wheels and thats the time-bomb which starts ticking after 12psi

Ticking time bomb if you push it at 1 bar or above. had mine on 13psi for awhile now, no leaks/problems or anything.
