As above, much safer option for them. You can log on to an XE account and do it via the net. No need to go to a bank. It's quite easy.

remember they are 12hrs or so behind us. so communication is slower then normal.

i got my tyres 2 weeks ago. if you don't get a reply within 24hrs of sending the last email (and its a weekday) send them another email.

I take it this is only worth it for high perf tyres? Cos say if I'm looking to run something like KU31's - its about 650 delivered from tirerack - which is the same as delivered from Tempe Tyres?

4 tyres shipping to SA $222. Took about 7 or 8 business days but Im not complaining

Be clever about it guys. It's only really worth it for tyres that cost over 1k at least here, as otherwise shipping is the killer.
