Hi guys,

was collecting parts whilst waiting for my new car but have decided i'll keep the car as is for the time being and let someone else grab these.

These are JSAI parts, good quality Australian made items - they are ready to go and you don't have to wait months for something to turn up

All brand new, never fitted, just sat in the spare room of the house - i got the skirts/rear pods in case the R i got didn't have them, but it did :D and i'm happy the way the car is so everything is going!

Ok prices,

Front bumper: $650 (RRP $695)

Front guards: $400 (RRP $440)

Carbon Fibre Front diffuser: $590 (RRP $660)

Rear pods: $180 (RRP $200)

Skirts: $250 (RRP $300)

Melb pick-up preferred but can organise interstate shipping as well :P

Brand new items, with some good discounts from RRP - i could just sell at their brand new cost, because if you ordered some there's not going to be any difference, both new. But wouldn't mind clearing some space, and the massive plus, you don't have to WAIT for these items... i'm sure some people know what the wait times for JSAI parts can be like - i've done the waiting for you and added a discount on top! bargain!

cheers,

daniel

forgot to mention, the front diffuser, if you look closely is not the standard design. This it the Z-Tune design. If you look closely at the pics of a real Z-Tune you'll see the front diffuser is slightly different, there's not holes in the middle section, it's solid across the front.

You can't buy Z-Tune diffusers from Nismo, only owners can buy them. I believe JSAI is the only company that makes the real Z-Tune style front diffusers

no such thing as Z-tune skirts pods - they are Nismo style items, gets mixed up a lot. Only the front bumper and guards are Z-tune items.

in terms of it fitting your car? wouldn't be a direct fit at least, but could prob get a decent panel workshop to get em on

none of the items are painted

Just a suggestion,

Dan, I think you should use the Z-Tune front guards and front bar on your Nur?

Would look mint and we'd have another "Tangomatt" R34 GTR Nur on SAU :woot:

Price sounds decent to me, if you are buying these items.

Would have bought them myself if I had a R34 GTR.

All the best :P

please pm me your best price for the skirts and pods delivered to adelaide

cheers

Sideskirts and pods sold to me, pending on pick up :)

Interested in front diffuser, does it marry up to the factory diffuser??

Also who is the manufacturer and is it damaged in any way please?

as in the first post, parts are made here in Australia by JSAI, JS Auto Imports

the lower lip will bolt on to the lower section (middle bit) of the front bumper, so it's bumper -> lower section -> lip

no damage, brand new, never fitted parts

  • 1 month later...

firstly, mucho apologies for the delayed response to the thread, i've been away and had quite a few things to take care of since i've been back

the front lip at this stage is not for sale (to anyone) i'm sorry to say, will let people know if anything changes.

i will reply to PM's now

    • Yeah, it's getting like that, my daughter is coming over on Thursday to help me remove the bonnet so I can install the Carbuilders underbonnet stuff,  I might get her to give me a hand and remove the hardtop, maybe, because on really hot days the detachable hardtop helps the aircon keep the interior cool, the heat just punches straight through to rag top I also don't have enough hair for the "wind in the hair" experience, so there is that....LOL
    • Could be falling edge/rising edge is set wrong. Are you getting sync errors?
    • On BMWs what I do because I'm more confident that I can't instantly crush the pinch welds and do thousands of USD in chassis damage is use a set of rubber jacking pads designed to protect the chassis/plastic adapter and raise a corner of the car, place the aforementioned 2x12 inch wooden planks under a tire, drop the car, then this normally gives me enough clearance to get to the front central jack point. If you don't need it to be a ramp it only needs to be 1-1.5 feet long. On my R33 I do not trust the pinch welds to tolerate any of this so I drive up on the ramps. Before then when I had to get a new floor jack that no longer cleared the front lip I removed it to get enough clearance to put the jack under it. Once you're on the ramps once you simply never let the car down to the ground. It lives on the ramps or on jack stands.
    • Nah. You need 2x taps for anything that you cannot pass the tap all the way through. And even then, there's a point in response to the above which I will come back to. The 2x taps are 1x tapered for starting, and 1x plug tap for working to the bottom of blind holes. That block's port is effectively a blind hole from the perspective of the tap. The tapered tap/tapered thread response. You don't ever leave a female hole tapered. They are supposed to be parallel, hence the wide section of a tapered tap being parallel, the existince of plug taps, etc. The male is tapered so that it will eventually get too fat for the female thread, and yes, there is some risk if the tapped length of the female hole doesn't offer enough threads, that it will not lock up very nicely. But you can always buzz off the extra length on the male thread, and the tape is very good at adding bulk to the joint.
    • Nice....looking forward to that update
