PS3 is just fantastic, however after buying my copy of GT5 it feels like an Xbox game...... uncool. If the cars wont accelerate when I push the button then whats the point? I've played it once and I reckon I'll be trading it in...

Oh yeah, whats with that opening movie and that rubbish piano playing?? Then even after we endure this we have to put up with more crap music in the main menu and then some porn like sax playing during the rest of the menus!

So from what i gather GT5 = Fail???

I think the game is great! apart from the fact you cant change the wheels on the standard cars but im not complaining.

I was lucky my girlfriend bought me the Signature Edition for my birthday :) the R35 GT500 and 787B stealth cars are so damn fast and handle so well :)

the only thing I can complain about the game so far, Im still waiting for the DR30 to come up in the used cars :D

i gave a mates copy a burl this morning. and that shit me no end. he got an r31 gtsr from the used car lot, and it will eternally wear hubcaps because its only a standard car. even in gt4 (which they ported the standard cars from) you could change the wheels on it.

the lack of ability to freely change the colour of the cars irked me also.

and the absolutely retarded ai...

... yeah. i wasnt impressed. forza 3 > gt5 imo. definitely not worthy of a 6 year wait.

cant judge, since ive never ever owned a console

but to comment on wow, fark... the new xpac is going to be ballistic, already the "pre-xpac patch" has completely re-written the book... the coolest thing about these mmorpg engines is that they can evolve the graphics within their virtual server as tech progresses... the wow of today has a shitload more graphical features than the wow of 5 years ago.... people like to joke about wow being addictive - well, its more addictive than smack. but crikey it hasnt got the same side effects. for starters, smack makes you skinny. warcrack makes you fat as f**k.

i guess its time for me to take up krav maga haha

    • Robertson was a Canadian inventor, and it absolutely reigns supreme here. 95% of our screws are Roberston. It's literally the only option you can buy off store shelves. What would it have lost out too? I believe it's also very popular in the US.  My reference to imperial was pointed to both NPT and BSP.
    • No. BSP lost to the cultural/technical imperialism of living next to Trumpistan. Face it, Robertson screws were better and still pretty much lost out to the yank stuff. The Europeans hate the Brits and they don't use NPT. NPT is just as "imperial" as BSP is, being based on those useless inch thingos. Just done differently.
    • I live in Quebec. Our license plate slogan is "Je me souviens" Translated is "We will remember" as a reminder to when England conquered us and that we must never forget what they did. Long story short, BSP is unheard of here due to being an English design. I'm surprised our nazi anti english government office the OQLF hasn't kicked in my door yet just talking about it, yet alone imperial anything.
    • Thanks for that! I did a quick Google search looked up some of hydaulic stores and didn't see it listed on the website, I'll give them a ring. Also found out later that I can buy 2 oem bleeder bolts for 10 bux and come with the washer which I might do so I don't waste the money it costs in petrol to find 2 washers (already did that lol). The old copper washes look in good nick, I drove it after taking it off and putting it back on and didn't see any  Part number here for reference if anyone needs: 14053-42L0A
