Looking To Buy A Autech Stagea Rs260 !

Hi guys,

its been a while since I post on this forum. (sold my R33 GTST yeasr back)

now I am looking to buy another nissan this time a little different. A Nissan Austech Stagea RS260,

now I got no idea about this car at all all I know is it had a RB26 in the front and GTR(R33) running gear. I am looking is 1997 - 1998 model I think its the series one (thats ll I can afford atm).

now here is the questions ?

1 , What should I be look out for ??

2, How do I really tell is an Autech one not a convertion ?

3, I also has a Haltech E11 V2 from my skyline R33, is the Loom a direct plug in as well ??

there's one at E & M Unique at the moment with about 50,000km's on it I think.

for the same price you can get yourself a m35 stagea! thats what i did and i dont regret it at all

Yeah but doesn't a 260RS kill the M35 performance wise? Also mods are easier to find and cheaper...

youre right, its a C34, so much easier

anyway, get the VIN and plug it into FAST, it will tell you if its a genuine Autech or not. maybe do this before you buy one lol

Maintaining your rb26 will do your head in! Ive owned a GTR before, and this was the reason i went for m35! But i guess m35s have their common faults aswell!

personally after owning 90s model cars i got sick and tired of the dated interiors! everytime i jumped in to my friends vyss. i was like farrrrk. need to get newer model car!
