well at least it's good the seller is taking responsibilty for the error and is willing to rectify the problem, and is smart enough to see that making sure the design is good will help with future sales. there is plenty of people who wouldn't do that.

$59 dollars for a mild steel 12mm header flange is not cheap guys, it would be about the price most people would pay.
