Dual Stage Or T-Piece

hey guys i have a turbosmart dual stage boost controller. i was wondering really is it worth having a dual stage or just a t-piece.

the other question is how far away from turbo should i mount the dual stage i was thinking of mounting it on my strut tower which makes it sit about 30cm from turbo is this to close. im trying to make it look as neat as possible and im having trouble finding the right place to mount it. it is on a vl with a rb25

Turbotech controller or bust, the turbo smart ones are just bleed valves.

The turbotech is ball and spring, it is so good I refuse to buy another EBC until I need to run stupid levels of boost.

Whilst turbosmart make a lot of excellent products that i've used in the past

The ole "dual stage" boost controller is probably one of the worst products on the market.

Turbotech is the way to go, cheaper as well.

sounds good to me even if im looking at running a atr43 g3 at 18+psi this should be good?

for the money, try it and see. they start getting a bit shitty with big turbos running high boost but stockers and highflows they work very well
