Nice to see this true street GTR run its first 10 even with a factory gearbox spare wheel and cheap road tyres raced in as street driven mode.

i belive the standard box will hold 10 sec passes, was he using standard turbos, clutch. ~

Same car just ran 681 hp on dyno in shoot out mode over here in WA.

I think if you look back and read the first post the comment was street driven GTR runs 10's with factory box not that the car was standard.

thats ok i belive that the standard box can take more than 682 horses, just depends how you drive it. i make 550hp and my box is still 100percent

std box take more than 682 hp eh!!! what ever.

Of course if u actually race your GTR with that much power than it wont last long - & of course Ants broke at DC(he was expecting it) & he put in a PPG same day & came back & ran 10.7. What a machine. I went for a lap in the car the next day - it is a beast for sure.

ON BAIL still runs standard box for the past 5 years and has run a few 10s, best time 10.5@144mile and still has not broke, its how you drive it. my car has make 714hp and is still holding but for how long i dont know.
